How big is this building?
While Ashton Place Health and Rehab has a lot of open space, the neighborhood atmosphere and our
community amenities make it seem cozy and inviting. Each neighborhood is home to 30-35 residents. Every
neighborhood has its own nurse's station, living room, dining room and sunroom. A peaceful chapel, a well
equipped salon, as well as a quaint coffee shoppe, and a beautiful outside area all add to the graceful living.

Our building is new with the first residents arriving in November of 2009. In addition to the wonderful

assurance to you that our building complies will all federal laws and regulations that regulate issues such as
fire safety and disaster preparedness.
Do residents have to dress each day?
While there may be some medical conditions that would warrant not being dressed in comfortable clothes

Do you have a smoke free building?
